3 Step Rewind session. This is split over 3 different sessions usually around a week apart.
The first session I provide a safe, non judgemental listening session for parents to tell their story and is the first step to understanding what happened and what course of further action to.
I do not even have to know what has happened in the past to have caused the feeling of trauma. I can help you can identify your feeling towards the event / experience then we can work through those feelings using this technique.
The 3 Step Rewind involves three stages: Deep Relaxation Recalling the event in a specific way whilst feeling safe and secure imagining coping in the future and responding differently.
The 3 Step Rewind technique is a very effective and well tested technique that neutralises the disturbing feelings associated with the trauma you have experienced. The memory of what happened still exists, but it no longer provokes those uneasy feelings of anxiety, panic, guilt, anger or sadness allowing you to move forward with your life.
Lastly, the sessions can help restore feelings of calm and confidence to someone who has been plagued with the anxiety associated with trauma.
Can be done Via Skype/Phone but preferred in person. Extra travel fees may incur

Mother Blessing organisation & preparation. A Mother Blessing is for the pregnant or new mother, a collection of close friends and family all focused on sending love, strength, & support for the mother/mother to be.
Based upon on Native American traditions & incorporates many different traditions within. Includes a Postpartum (Closing the bones Ritual)

Closing the Bones is a beautiful way to support a woman’s recovery after childbirth (also can be used during pregnancy) to create a moment of peace from the emotional ride of new motherhood.

It is a postnatal ritual (although some aspects can be incorporated into a pregnancy ritual). It is a ceremony steeped in traditional techniques and history.
It is a massage with the use of a shawl or scarf (rebozo) and massage oils. I can also incorporate Reiki and Reiki drumming into this gorgeous ceremony.
A brand new service available to all postpartum ladies (doesn’t matter if it was 2 days ago* or 42 years ago you gave birth)
It is also a wonderful healing ritual for miscarriage loss.
*for cesarean sections you will need to wait until healed or you feel ready for this service

6 x one hour Meditation sessions.
Using Meditation is a birthing method that uses relaxation techniques to help a woman feel physically, mentally and spiritually prepared and reduce her awareness of fear, anxiety during childbirth.
Ideally we would begin around 25 weeks to 29 weeks of pregnancy, but you may well benefit from classes right up to the end of your pregnancy.
Can be done Via Zoom/Phone but preferred in person. Extra travel fees may incur
